2015年2月3日，《全球能源互联网》一书发布。该书由国家电网公司董事长、党组书记刘振亚撰写，由英大传媒集团中国电力出版社出版发行。
书中指出：全球能源互联网是以特高压电网为骨干网架、全球互联的坚强智能电网，是清洁能源在全球范围大规模开发、配置、利用的基础平台，实质就是“智能电网+特高压电网+清洁能源”，推动能源、信息、交通三网融合发展。
